How can I see my claims online?

Approximately 48-hours after you enroll in a health plan you will have one-click access to Insurance Benefit Administrators, the administrator of your health plan, for customer service and claims from your Pivot Health member account. After you have received medical services, login to your Pivot Health account and follow the link to Insurance Benefit Administrators to view claims submissions or the explanation of benefits.
