How do I make a payment?

When you enroll in a Pivot Health plan you make your first monthly premium payment at the time of application, no matter what your start date is. We accept credit cards or you can sign up for automatic withdrawals from a bank account. Then, subsequent withdrawals will be taken from your account on a monthly basis.
