Are shots covered?

Some Pivot Health plans pay childhood immunizations at 100% (select Quantum plans and Epic). Economy, Choice, Standard and Deluxe plans do not cover preventive care so any immunizations would be subject to the deductible. Quantum and Epic plans are not available in all states.
